When you make a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- If your number of guests changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the number of oches allocated and/or your playing time to ensure all our guests have the best possible Social Darts experience. We operate with minimum group sizes during our peak hours. Please be ready to play at your start time as we can only hold the oches for 15 minutes. If you’re running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Please note that our cancellation policy is 48 hours before your Social Darts booking. If you cancel after this period, you will unfortunately not receive a refund. This includes transferring your booking to a different date or venue.
- For all pre-orders, full payment and final numbers for your group are needed 5 days prior to your booking. These pre-orders must be used on the day of your booking and can’t be transferred to a future booking.
- For Events, full payment for any minimum spend is due 14 days before your booking date. We require all pre ordered food at least 7 days in advance, and these pre-orders must be used on the day of your booking and can’t be transferred to a future booking. Our cancellation policy is 14 days’ notice before your booking, including postponements. If you cancel after this period, you will unfortunately not receive a refund.
- This agreement is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
- Your booking is subject to our general terms and conditions. If you make a booking, it will be solely on the terms set out here and in our general terms and conditions, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Together, these terms and our general terms and conditions form the “agreement” between us relating to your booking.
- PLEASE NOTE: guests cannot bring their own darts. This is both for health and safety purposes and for our game technology to work. 8-17 year olds are allowed to play social darts until 6pm but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times, proof of ID may be required. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to our property or equipment.
- Food, drink and dart pricing is subject to change without notice.
